Welcome to OrganixGlo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to the purchase and use of our skin care, hair care and body care products. OrganixGlo Beauty Care Private Limited is referred to in these Terms as “OrganixGlo”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or using our products, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or products.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information, and tell us if your details change.

3. Product Information

We try to give accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, prices and availability. However, we do not guarantee that this information is always complete, accurate or error-free. Product images are for reference, and the actual product, packaging or colour may look slightly different.

4. Use of Products

Our products are cosmetic products intended for personal use only. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Please read the label and follow the directions for use. Products are for external use only and should be kept away from the eyes, unless the label says otherwise. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

We recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any product for the first time. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment, please consult a doctor or dermatologist before use.

5. Allergies and Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to read the ingredient list before you use a product and to make sure that you are not allergic or sensitive to any of its ingredients. If you notice any irritation, redness or discomfort, stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor. OrganixGlo is not responsible for reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. The effect of our products depends on many factors, such as your skin type, hair type, age, lifestyle and how regularly you use the product. We do not guarantee any specific result.

7. Pricing, Orders and Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, offers and discounts may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies.
• Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a product being unavailable, a clear pricing or typing error, or suspected fraud or misuse. If that happens after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid.
• Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card, UPI or net banking details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Goods once sold will not be taken back. Cancellations, refunds and claims for damaged or wrong products are covered by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Please read both policies before you place an order.

9. Product Availability

We try our best to keep products in stock, but we may discontinue or change a product at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will tell you and refund the amount for that product.

10. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you post a review, comment or any other content on our website, you confirm that it is genuine, that it is your own, and that it does not break any law or the rights of anyone else. You allow OrganixGlo to display and use this content on our website and in our marketing, free of charge. We may remove any content that we consider inappropriate or misleading.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and products, including our name, logo, brand, text, images, packaging and product formulations, belongs to OrganixGlo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website. This includes trying to hack or disrupt the website, using automated tools to copy its content, placing fake or fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OrganixGlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
